GMPS is an extended make-tool which provides exactly the same developing environment to every developer in the project team. So you can easily avoid errors caused by the wrong compiler version or the wrong linker etc.
The centralized build-process-control enables the project management to define the right compiler flags and build options for the entire project. When GMPS is running the build-process it automatically deletes all options and flags which are not allowed in the project. So the generated product stays coherent.
